Refund policy

Your specially curated rose box has been made-to-order. Due to the nature of the product and customization, all rose box orders are non-refundable. If you receive your order damaged, you have 72 hours to notify us so that we may remedy the situation. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. Please note this return policy is subject to change at any time.

If you've received an arrangement that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and send pictures to info@julietsroses.com. 

Please await confirmation of your claim and direction from customer service.
